The architecture of the residence is based on the affirmation of a contemporary and sober general volumetry highlighting the landscape backdrop of the district on an urban, dynamic and audacious scale on the scale of the building itself. The project is composed of two distinct plots, each split by a vertical fault sheltering qualitative common circulations, favoring meetings and exchanges. The architecture and the landscape intertwine according to a sequence of solids and voids through these largely open spaces punctuating the building and offering visual glimpses at all levels. A set of veils accentuates the effect of the verticality of the plots which emerge from the landscaped tablecloth of the district. The architecture plays with materials, particularly brick, the perception of which varies according to the time of day and the play of shadows induced by the course of the sun on facades thus punctuated by the juxtaposition of veils and volumes.
